Mrs. Oakes has been a special education teacher in Prince William County for 35 years. She continues to enjoy working with and learning from my students at Dale City Elementary. Her classroom is a fun but focused classroom where we focus on functional life skills, pre-vocational skills, early academic skills and individual educational goals.
